J&B Medical and Security Services: Clinical Skill Set Standard

J&B Medical and Security Services operates a wide range of clinical skill sets, ensuring compliance with the highest professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Below are the qualifications and standards expected for each role:

 

Doctors

 

Requirements:

Must be GMC-registered to practice in the UK.

Ideally at Senior Doctor/Consultant level with experience in Pre-Hospital/Event Medicine, Emergency Medicine (ED), Intensive Care (ITU), or Anaesthetics.

Must have no outstanding GMC Fitness to Practice, enforcement actions, or ongoing investigations.

 

Nurses

 

Requirements:

Must be NMC-registered to practice in the UK.

Ideally at Senior Nurse/Charge Nurse/Sister level with expertise in Pre-Hospital/Event Medicine, Emergency Medicine (ED), or Intensive Care (ITU).

Primary Care experience is also desirable.

Must have no outstanding NMC Fitness to Practice, enforcement actions, or ongoing investigations.

 

Paramedics

 

Requirements:

Must be HCPC-registered to practice in the UK.

Preferably post-preceptorship with experience in relevant settings.

Advanced Practitioners and Paramedic/Nurse Prescribers will also be considered.

Must have no outstanding HCPC Fitness to Practice, enforcement actions, or ongoing investigations.

 

Ambulance Technicians/EMTs

 

Required Qualifications:

IHCD Ambulance Aid (Technician)

OR FutureQuals Associate Ambulance Practitioner (AAP)

OR Qualsafe First Response Emergency and Urgent Care Level 5 (FREUC5)

OR Qualifi National Diploma in Emergency Care (NDEC)

OR PHECC Paramedic

OR another recognized equivalent qualification.

 

Emergency Care Assistants

 

Required Qualifications:

Qualsafe First Response Emergency Care Level 4 (FREC4)

OR an equivalent qualification.

Qualsafe Safe Administration of Lifesaving Medications (or equivalent).

Relevant emergency driving qualifications are also required.

 

First Responders

 

Required Qualifications:

Qualsafe First Response Emergency Care Level 3 (FREC3)

OR an equivalent regulated qualification.
